Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping option. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping discounts will be displayed before payment is completed.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
